Toyota Group successfully acquires Toyota Industries

Toyota Industries announced on March 24th that Toyota Group's acquisition tender offer for Toyota Industries was successful. After the acquisition process is completed, Toyota Industries will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
