On March 24th, the State Council Information Office held a press conference to introduce the situation of the 9th Digital China Construction Summit. Wang Yanqing, Director of the Information Technology Development Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that industrial parks are important carriers for the development of China's industry. Next, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will promote the digital transformation of industrial parks from four aspects: industrial digitization transformation, park digital services, park digital management, and digital support capability construction. Firstly, in terms of industrial digitization transformation, the focus will be on characteristic advantageous industries, guiding park enterprises to carry out digital transformation and enhancement, supporting leading enterprises to open up digital scenarios and technological resources to drive the overall industry chain collaboration. Secondly, in terms of park digital services, it is necessary to develop digital productivity services, including collaborative research and development, shared manufacturing, shared storage, etc. It is also important to develop digital lifestyle services, including creating online property management, smart security, unmanned delivery, etc. Thirdly, in terms of park digital management, it is important to digitize assets such as land, buildings, and road facilities, and establish digital profiles for enterprises. Fourthly, in terms of digital support capabilities, it is necessary to strengthen the comprehensive utilization of communication, intelligent computing, and supercomputing resources, build an efficient and secure data development and utilization platform, and strengthen network and data security risk prevention and control capabilities. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will use the construction of high-standard digital parks as a starting point to accelerate the digital transformation of more industrial park enterprises.
