Alibaba DAMO Academy: The next generation flagship processor Xuantie C950 officially launched

At the Ali DAMO Academy's 2026 Xuantie RISC-V Ecology Conference, the new flagship processor Xuantie C950 was officially released. According to the introduction, the processor adopts a 5nm process, with a frequency of up to 3.2GHz, single-core performance breaking through 70 points for the first time, and the overall performance is more than three times that of the previous generation Xuantie C920.
