Total CEO: Considering that the development of offshore wind power projects is not favorable for the United States, we have decided to abandon these projects in the United States in exchange for the government refunding the franchise fees already paid. The refunded leasing fees will be used for the construction of the Grand River liquefied natural gas plant with an annual production capacity of 29 million tons, as well as to provide funding for the development of our oil and gas business, enabling us to support the production and export development of American natural gas.
