Recently, our company discovered that "China International Investment Development Group Limited" and some of its subsidiaries are conducting business under the name of our subsidiaries. After verification, it was found that "China International Investment Development Group Limited" was registered as our subsidiary through providing forged documents and/or false information. "China International Investment Development Group Limited" and its various levels of subsidiaries, both domestic and foreign, are counterfeit state-owned enterprises with no affiliation or equity relationship with our company or any affiliated companies. There are no investment, cooperation, or business relationships between them and our company, and their actions are unrelated to us.
