On March 23, 2026, the Shanghai International Energy Exchange announced that on the same day, a group of actual control relationship accounts exceeded the limit of opening trading volume on relevant contracts, reaching the processing standard of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange. The trading behavior of the above-mentioned customers violated Article 16 of the "Management Regulations for Abnormal Trading Behavior of the Shanghai International Energy Exchange", and the Shanghai Futures Exchange decided to take regulatory measures to restrict the opening of positions for the relevant customers in the corresponding contracts.
