CNOOC Service announced that on March 23, 2026, the company renewed a guarantee agreement with the Bank of China Limited, providing a guarantee of $400 million for its wholly-owned subsidiary, COSL Middle East FZE, with a term from March 23, 2026 to March 22, 2027. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the company and its controlling subsidiaries had a total external guarantee amount of approximately 43.91 billion yuan, accounting for approximately 98.8% of the latest audited net assets, all of which were guarantees to wholly-owned subsidiaries and there were no overdue external guarantees.
