Guofa Corporation: Beijing Xiangya terminates cooperation agreement with Suqian Image Center.

Guofa Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Xiangya Medical Technology Co., Ltd., has signed a related agreement with Suqian Xinxing Rehabilitation Medical Examination Co., Ltd., terminating the cooperation agreement with Suqian Imaging Center. From 2018 to 2025, Beijing Xiangya has invested a total of 24.28 million yuan in Suqian Imaging Center, and as of December 31, 2025, the net value of the above equipment is 5.9337 million yuan. By the end of 2025, Beijing Xiangya has accumulated a loss of 15.77 million yuan in the operation of the Suqian Imaging Center project.
