Li Jiachao will attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference in 2026.

The Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Carrie Lam, will visit Hainan tomorrow to attend the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2026. The theme of this year's conference is "Shaping a Common Future: New Situations, New Opportunities, New Cooperation." Carrie Lam will attend the opening ceremony of the conference and will address the "Global Free Trade Port Development Forum" as a key focus. Carrie Lam will return to Hong Kong on March 26. During his absence, the Chief Secretary for Administration, Matthew Cheung, will act as the Acting Chief Executive.
