Brazil Launches Anti-dumping Sunset Review Investigation on Chinese Truck and Bus Tires

On March 20, the Foreign Trade Secretariat of the Ministry of Development, Industry, Trade and Services of Brazil issued Notice No. 20 of 2026, initiating an anti-dumping sunset review investigation on 20-inch, 22-inch, and 22.5-inch passenger and commercial vehicle tires originating from China, South Korea, Japan, and Thailand, in response to applications submitted by the Brazilian Tire Industry Association on November 21, 2025, and December 29, 2025, respectively. The NCM code of the products involved is 4011.20.90. The dumping investigation period for this case is from October 2024 to September 2025, and the injury investigation period is from October 2020 to September 2024. The notice will take effect from the date of issuance.
