According to the QiChaCha app, recently there has been a change in the business of Shenzhen Yueran Innovation Technology Co., Ltd., with the addition of Ant Technology Group Co., Ltd. as a new shareholder through its fully-owned subsidiary Shanghai Yun Yunchong Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., and the registered capital increasing to 3.1652 million yuan. Information from QiChaCha shows that the company was established in 2021 and its business scope includes: import and export of goods; software development; manufacturing of mobile terminal devices; and research and development of mechanical equipment. Public information indicates that Yueran Innovation is an AI toy company.
