According to DiDi's AI Xiaodi operation data, among the personalized ride-hailing demands, "fast and cheap", "fresh air", and "closest car" are the top three, accounting for 57%, 12.5%, and 9.9% respectively. It is reported that DiDi's AI ride-hailing service started public testing in September last year and recently officially launched the v1.0 version, currently supporting over 90 service tags such as fresh air, spacious trunk, and smooth driving. It can intelligently understand user needs and provide customized ride solutions. In addition to one-click ride-hailing, functions such as searching nearby, scheduling a ride, group travel, and order tracking are also being used frequently.
