Zhongtian Refined Packaging announced on March 23 on the interactive platform that Core Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. does not engage in PCB board business. Core Semiconductor's main business is FCBGA high-end packaging substrates, used for packaging high-performance chips such as TPU/CPU/GPU/AI chips, serving as the interface between the chips and PCB.
