LOF 32310:30 China Investment Corporation Silver LOF: Secondary market premium trading halted on March 23 until 10:30

Guotou UBS Silver Futures Securities Investment Fund Class A shares announced that recently its secondary market trading price has been significantly higher than the net asset value of the fund, with a large premium. In order to protect the interests of investors, the fund will be suspended from trading from the market opening on March 23, 2026 until 10:30, and will resume trading at 10:30. During the suspension period, redemption services will continue as usual. If the premium level does not effectively decrease on that day, the fund reserves the right to apply for temporary trading suspension during trading hours, etc. In addition, the fund has suspended subscription services starting from January 28, 2026, and the resumption date will be announced separately.
