Beilu Pharmaceutical: The application for private placement in 2025 has been accepted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Beilu Pharmaceutical announced that the company recently received a notice from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange stating that after reviewing the application documents for the issuance of shares to specific targets submitted by the company through a simple procedure, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange deemed the documents complete and decided to accept them. The private placement still needs to be reviewed by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission before it can be implemented. There is uncertainty as to whether it will pass the review and receive approval.
