On March 21, Beijing signed 125 new houses and 310 second-hand houses.

According to the official website of the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, on March 21st, there were 125 new homes signed for a total area of 12,841.02 square meters, including 83 residential units with a total area of 10,908.39 square meters; 310 second-hand homes were signed for a total area of 25,776.99 square meters, including 295 residential units with a total area of 25,104.72 square meters.
