According to business information, the operating entity of the "Zhongdian" brand is Shenzhen Huakuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd., with its equity structure being: Xiaokuo Group's subsidiary Shenzhen Xingkuo Biotechnology Co., Ltd. holds 70% of the shares, Shanghai Shenghenghongyin Cultural Communication Co., Ltd., controlled by Hua Chenyu, holds 20% of the shares, and Beijing Yunshangwanjia Technology Co., Ltd. holds 10% of the shares.
