Data shows that as of March 19th, the number of second-hand residential properties signed and traded in Beijing has exceeded 10,000, reaching 10,590, surpassing the 8,130 in February, and still growing rapidly. In March, the second-hand housing market in Guangzhou also experienced a strong rebound. Data shows that as of March 18th, after the Lantern Festival this year, the daily average number of second-hand residential properties signed in Guangzhou reached 333, an increase of 13.7% compared to December last year. From March 14th to 18th, the daily number of signed properties remained at around 400, setting a new recent high.
