The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is based on a total share capital of 1.853 billion shares as of December 31, 2025. Cash dividends of 1.6 yuan will be distributed to all shareholders for every 10 shares held, no bonus shares will be issued, and no shares will be converted from reserve funds.
