DeFuk Technology announced that the company plans to pay 186 million yuan to acquire a portion of the equity of Huiru Technology and increase its capital. Specifically, this includes acquiring 35.15% of the equity of Huiru Technology from existing shareholders for a total transfer price of 102 million yuan in cash; at the same time, the company and Shenzhen Huiru plan to increase their capital in Huiru Technology by 84.0555 million yuan and 10 million yuan respectively in cash. After the completion of the transaction, DeFuk Technology will hold a total of 51.16% of the equity of Huiru Technology, making it a subsidiary of DeFuk Technology.
