The Shanghai Stock Exchange has accepted the IPO application of Yushu Technology Co., Ltd. on the Sci-Tech Innovation Board, with a planned fundraising amount of 4.202 billion yuan. According to the replies to the second round of inquiries in the publicly released pre-review application documents, at the model iteration level, Yushu plans to release a "universal humanoid robot embodiment basic model" within 3 years, which will systematically possess four core capabilities: scenario generalization, command generalization, action generalization, and task generalization. It can efficiently empower standardized vertical scenes in production, manufacturing, and other fields, achieving a complete closed loop of "cloud model training - edge inference execution - online data collection".
