Zhongyu Land: Net loss of HK$4.67 billion in 2025, compared to a net loss of HK$6.18 billion in the same period last year.

Zhongyu Real Estate announced that its income in 2025 was HK$546 million, compared to HK$508 million in the same period last year; net loss was HK$467 million, compared to a net loss of HK$618 million in the same period last year.
