Yunnan Nengtou: Termination of proxy cultivation agreement

Yunnan Nengtou announced that the company has signed a "Termination Agreement of the Agreement for Cultivation on Behalf" with its controlling shareholder Yunnan Energy Group Co., Ltd. The original contract is no longer valid and does not have legal binding force on both parties. The company has completed the capital increase of Yunnan Province Natural Gas Co., Ltd., the original controlling subsidiary, to Yunnan Province Shale Gas Exploration and Development Co., Ltd. Yunnan Province Natural Gas Co., Ltd. will no longer be included in the company's consolidated financial statements from April 30, 2025, as the target assets no longer meet the company's business development needs.
