On March 20th, Beiqi Blue Valley announced that the company had recently received written resignation reports from Chairman Zhang Guofu, Manager Liu Guanqiao, and worker director, executive vice manager, and CFO Song Jun. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Guofu no longer holds positions as a director, chairman of the 11th Board of Directors, director of the Board of Directors Strategic Committee, member of the Board of Directors Nomination Committee, and member of the Board of Directors Compensation and Assessment Committee. Liu Guanqiao will no longer serve as the company's manager due to work adjustments, and Song Jun is also leaving his positions as worker director, executive vice manager, and CFO for the same reason. The company held its 11th 18th Board of Directors meeting on March 20, 2026, where Liu Guanqiao was elected as the Chairman of the 11th Board of Directors, Song Jun was nominated as a candidate for the 11th Board of Directors, and Song Jun was appointed as the company's manager.
