Beijing Automobile: Due to work changes, Wang Hao will no longer serve as chairman. Zhang Guofu is nominated as chairman.

On March 20, Beijing Automotive announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that, due to job changes, Wang Hao will no longer serve as Chairman of the Board, Executive Director, Chairman of the Board Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee, and Chairman of the Board Nomination Committee; Zhu Yan will no longer serve as Executive Director and member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee; and Sun Li will no longer serve as Non-Executive Director and member of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. The above changes will take effect from the date of approval of the new director appointments. The Board of Directors recommends the appointment of Zhang Guofu as a Non-Executive Director. If the shareholders approve the appointment of Zhang Guofu as a Non-Executive Director, it will further propose to nominate Zhang Guofu as Chairman of the Board; appoint Zheng Mingying as Executive Director; and appoint Zhou Jianyu as a Non-Executive Director. All terms of office will last until the expiration of the fifth term of the Board of Directors from the date of shareholder approval.
