Diantou Green Energy announced that the tenth board of directors of the company held its eighth meeting on March 20, 2026, and approved multiple proposals. First, it approved the comprehensive performance responsibility agreement for the management team members for the year 2026. Second, it agreed to allow JiYuan Green Energy Co., Ltd. to purchase PEM water electrolysis hydrogen production equipment from Changchun Green Motion Hydrogen Technology Co., Ltd., with a total contract price of 30.88 million yuan. Third, it agreed for the company to purchase technical supervision services from China Electric Power Huachuang Electric Power Technology Research Co., Ltd., with an estimated transaction amount not exceeding 11.7 million yuan from 2026 to 2028, of which no more than 5.1 million yuan in 2026.
