Supernatural Action Team releases guidelines on managing in-game violations: Increasing the intensity of enforcement efforts.
Giant Network's "Supernatural Action Team" project team has released a statement on the management of violations in the game: In response to issues discovered during inspections and external concerns, the project team has further intensified efforts to manage violations in the game and continues to work on improvement. From March 9th to March 15th, the Supernatural Security Team has punished a total of 72,186 violators, with 45,374 of them being punished with ten years or more of ban for using scripts or engaging in inappropriate public chat. The project team disclosed that the current focus of management includes three main aspects: firstly, continuously increasing efforts to clean up and handle violations in content and accounts, investigating, cleaning, and handling violations in game information, inappropriate speech, and behaviors that disrupt the game environment; secondly, continuously optimizing inspection, recognition, and interception mechanisms, upgrading cheat detection mechanisms, public chat content auditing strategies, and inspection interception capabilities; thirdly, continuously improving reporting acceptance, inspection management, and feedback mechanisms, promoting the normalization of related governance work. For behavior suspected of being illegal or violating regulations, the project team also stated that they will cooperate with relevant departments in accordance with the law.
