International oil prices rose and fell unevenly on the 19th.

As of the closing of the day, the light crude oil futures price for delivery in April on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 18 cents to $96.14 per barrel, a decrease of 0.19%; the London Brent crude oil futures price for delivery in May rose by $1.27 to $108.65 per barrel, an increase of 1.18%.
