Wolongxineng announced that the company and its subsidiaries intend to establish a long-term financing lease business cooperation relationship with Wolong Leasing and Wolong Factoring. According to the agreement, Wolong Leasing and Wolong Factoring will provide the company and its subsidiaries with a financing amount not exceeding RMB 50 million. The agreement is set for one year, and the financing amount can be used on a revolving basis during the effective period.
