AstraZeneca announced the construction of a radiopharmaceutical production supply base in Guangzhou.

On March 19, AstraZeneca signed a cooperation memorandum with the Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee, announcing plans to build a production and supply base for radiopharmaceuticals in Guangzhou. The base will specialize in the production of radiopharmaceuticals, providing the next generation of cancer therapy for patients in China and the wider Asia-Pacific region. Recently, AstraZeneca also announced plans to build a cell therapy production and supply base in Shanghai.
