According to the Enterprise Check App, recently, Ziguang Jirui Electronics Co., Ltd. was established, with Li Tianchi as the legal representative. The registered capital is 50 million RMB, and the business scope includes integrated circuit design, manufacturing, sales, chip design, and services. The equity penetration shown by Enterprise Check reveals that the company is indirectly wholly owned by Ziguang Guowei.
