The "Snow Dragon" that carried out the 42nd Chinese Antarctic expedition has completed unloading supplies and the summer retreat task at the Zhongshan Station, and is currently on its way back. It is currently crossing the westerlies from south to north, making it the sixth time the "Snow Dragon" has crossed the westerlies during this expedition. The "Snow Dragon" is scheduled to arrive in Shanghai in early April. The "Snow Dragon 2" is on its way to Prydz Bay in Antarctica to conduct a scientific expedition on the "Autumn Southern Ocean Ecological System," and is planning to return to Shanghai in late May. In addition, the Great Wall Station, the Qinling Station, and the Zhongshan Station, the three Antarctic research stations, have all entered the wintering stage. The 42nd Chinese Antarctic expedition is nearing completion.
