Mini ETFs are frequently seen in the "roller coaster" market.
Recently, several ETFs have experienced extreme "roller-coaster" market trends, with sudden surges and unexpected plunges, catching many investors off guard. Through analysis, it was found that behind these abnormal trends lacking fundamental support, there is a liquidity problem caused by the shrinking size of these ETFs. It was discovered that the current number of ETFs is close to 1500, but nearly 140 of them have a size of less than 50 million yuan. Additionally, many ETFs are currently reporting or being issued. In the eyes of industry professionals, the ETF industry has always been a "winner takes all" game, and fund companies need to carefully deploy ETFs and develop competitive products in order to succeed.
