Chinese CDC expert: Be vigilant against the risk of measles epidemic input

Spring is the peak season for measles outbreaks, and some countries have recently experienced measles epidemics. Dr. Yu Wenzhou, director of the China Center for Disease Control and Prevention, reminded at a press conference of the National Health Commission on the 18th that by 2025, six of the top 10 countries reporting measles cases are bordering China, putting China at a high risk of epidemic importation.
