Heshun Electric: Controlling shareholder Green Veins Electric plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 2.0%

Heshun Electric announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Suzhou Lvmai Electric Holdings Co., Ltd., holds 50,776,900 shares, accounting for 19.69% of the total, and plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5,156,800 shares, or 2.0% of the total shares, through block trading from April 13, 2026 to July 12, 2026. The reason for the reduction is the need for operating development funds.
