The total subscribed capital of the partnership enterprise is 44.84 million yuan, with the company as a limited partner contributing 5 million yuan from its own funds, accounting for 11.1508% of the total capital. The partnership enterprise will directly invest in the equity of unlisted companies in the fields of robotics, artificial intelligence, and high-tech manufacturing. Idle funds can be invested in bank financial products, bank deposits, fixed-income trusts, and currency funds.
