Kanghui Group announced that the board of directors recently received the resignation report from non-independent director Ma Wenjun. Due to personal reasons, Ma Wenjun resigned as a non-independent director of the sixth board of directors on March 17, 2026, and will not hold any position in the company after leaving office. His original term was supposed to last until September 4, 2028. Ma Wenjun's departure will not result in the board of directors falling below the statutory minimum number of members, nor will it have any adverse impact on the company's daily production and operation. The company will promptly complete the election of directors.
