Microsoft is considering taking legal action against the $500 billion Amazon-OpenAI cloud deal.

According to the Financial Times, Microsoft is weighing a legal lawsuit against Amazon and OpenAI, as the $50 billion deal may jeopardize Microsoft's exclusive cloud partnership with the manufacturer of ChatGPT. The focus of the issue is whether Amazon Web Services can provide OpenAI's new commercial product named Frontier without violating the agreement, which requires all access to the startup company's model to be done through Microsoft's Azure cloud platform.
