The land supply plan for construction in Shenzhen in 2026 has been released.
According to the Shenzhen Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, recently, the bureau issued three plans for land supply, land consolidation, and land reserve for the year 2026. In 2026, the focus of land supply in Shenzhen is to achieve the goals of "having good housing, good employment, easier access to education and healthcare, and a more comfortable life", coordinating the activation of existing land resources with the supply of new land to promote efficient land use. This includes: accurately allocating residential land, planning to supply 90 hectares to upgrade from "having a place to live" to "having a better place to live". Empowering new productive forces, planning to supply 255 hectares of industrial land, adhering to a "market-oriented, no upper limit" approach to fully guarantee the demand for strategic emerging industries and future industrial land for the "20+8" industries. Focusing on the "Seven Improvements in People's Livelihoods" and ensuring that public services and urban infrastructure land are provided, 713 hectares are planned to support the construction of education, healthcare, culture, sports, transportation, and municipal infrastructure to enhance the overall level of urban infrastructure and improve resident happiness.
