According to the QiChaCha APP, Yantai Huashengmei New Materials Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Hua Weiqi as the legal representative and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. Its business scope includes new material technology research and development, new material technology promotion services, synthetic material manufacturing, and synthetic material sales. The equity structure revealed by QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly held by Wanhua Chemical Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Wanhua Chemical Group, and Hefei Xinmei Material Technology Co., Ltd.
