Yu Minhong: Retirement is not something to talk about.

The 2026 Yabuli Forum Annual Meeting will be held in Yabuli, Heilongjiang from March 17th to 19th. Yu Minhong, the chairman of New Oriental Education & Technology Group, stated, "I will not discuss whether or not to retire from New Oriental schools, because retirement is not something to discuss. Retirement means that even if you retire, you can still work on things you enjoy, just allowing more young people to focus on more important or specific tasks. However, you can remain strong and continue doing what you love."
