Rongda Photosensitive, on March 17th, stated on its interactive platform that the company's first high-end photosensitive dry film lithography production line is expected to be completed and enter the trial production phase in the second half of 2026. Currently, the project is still in the construction phase and there are no specific orders yet. In terms of display and semiconductor lithography glue business, the company maintains stable cooperation relationships with clients such as TCL Huaxing, Lebo High-tech, Sanan Optoelectronics, Qianzhao Optoelectronics, and Jilin Huami. The company's 2024 annual report shows that the operating income for display and semiconductor lithography glue in 2024 was 33.605 million yuan. The high-end photosensitive dry film lithography is an upgraded version of the company's existing commercial photosensitive dry film lithography products, with an expected higher gross profit margin. Regarding KrF lithography glue, the company has completed the configuration of core equipment such as lithography machines, and related research and development work is actively progressing according to plan.
