The transportation plan for the spring outing of the Yangtze River Delta Railway in 2026 is issued, with an estimated 91 million passengers expected to be transported in 32 days.

According to the China Railway Shanghai Group Co., Ltd., the spring outing transportation plan for the Yangtze River Delta Railway has been introduced. The spring outing transportation in 2026 will start from March 20 and end on April 20, totaling 32 days, including four weekends and the Qingming Festival holiday. During the 32 days, the Yangtze River Delta Railway expects to transport 91 million passengers, with an average of 2.85 million passengers per day, an increase of about 5% compared to the same period last year, setting a new record for the number of passengers transported during the spring outing season.
