The company plans to participate in the subscription of Tianjin Chuangneng Entrepreneurship Investment Partnership Enterprise Fund shares as a limited partner with its own funds. The investment target and scope of the partnership enterprise are specific target companies in the strategic areas related to the company's industrial chain for equity investment. The proposed total capital contribution of the partnership enterprise is 62.5 million yuan, of which the company plans to contribute 10.4 million yuan with its own funds as a limited partner, accounting for 16.64% of the total capital contribution.
