Nasida announced that two proposals were approved during the sixth meeting of the eighth board of directors. The first proposal is to change the company name from "Nasida Co., Ltd." to "Bentu Technology Co., Ltd.", with the stock abbreviation changing from "Nasida" to "Bentu Technology". The stock code remains unchanged, and this proposal will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for approval. The second proposal is to hold the second interim shareholders' meeting of 2026 on April 2, 2026.
