Fuyao Glass: Net profit in 2025 is 9.312 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.20%

Fuyao Glass announced that its operating income in 2025 was 45.787 billion yuan, an increase of 16.65% year-on-year; net profit was 9.312 billion yuan, an increase of 24.20% year-on-year. The company plans to distribute cash dividends to A-share and H-share shareholders based on a total of 2.61 billion shares, with a cash dividend of 1.2 yuan per share, totaling 3.132 billion yuan in cash dividends. The total cash dividends for the year 2025 will be 5.48 billion yuan, accounting for 58.85% of the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of the parent company.
