Ji Min Health: Subsidiary Ezhou Second Hospital Receives RMB 183 Million Capital Increase

JiMin Health Announcement: Wholly-owned subsidiary Ezhou Second Hospital plans to introduce strategic investor Changhe Junmin Innovation. Changhe Junmin Innovation will inject 183 million yuan in cash to increase the capital of Ezhou Second Hospital, and will hold a 40% stake after the increase. The company waives the preferential subscription rights, and the increase in capital will be determined based on the evaluation of net assets, with approximately 1.15 yuan corresponding to every 1 yuan of registered capital. The transaction constitutes a related party transaction and still needs to be submitted to the shareholder meeting for approval.
