Fuguang Shares: Controlling shareholder increases holding shares, holding ratio rises to 28.12%

Fuguang Co., Ltd. announced that from November 20, 2025 to March 16, 2026, its controlling shareholder Zhongrong Investment Co., Ltd. increased its holding of the company by 873,041 shares, representing 0.54% of the total share capital, through centralized bidding with its own funds and self-raised funds. After this equity change, Zhongrong Investment's shareholding ratio increased from 27.57% to 28.12%, reaching the 1% threshold. This equity change does not trigger a tender offer and will not lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
