According to the Dongxing border checkpoint of Guangxi border checkpoint general station, as of March 16th, the number of inbound and outbound personnel at Dongxing Port in Guangxi has exceeded 2 million this year, an increase of 23% compared to the previous year. This milestone of 2 million was reached 14 days earlier than last year, and the cross-border movement of personnel between China and Vietnam continues to be lively. This year, the Dongxing border checkpoint has inspected over 2,500 Vietnamese tourist groups, with 21,000 Vietnamese tourists entering the country with tour groups, showing a continuous increase in cross-border tourism and cultural exchanges.
