New progress in Chengdu's first smart humanoid robot manufacturing project: The trial assembly of the Zhien Southwest Base has started, and it is expected to debut in April.

Reporters have learned that the first intelligent robot research and production project in Chengdu, located in the Zhuyuan Southwest Intelligent Industry Base in Pixian District, has made new progress. Its production line has started trial assembly, and the exhibition center, talent development center, and data center are all synchronized in layout. It is understood that by April, the effectiveness of the base construction will gradually become apparent. In the past four months, the connection between the enterprise and Pixian District has become closer. Currently, the base has deep cooperation with vocational colleges in Pixian District to train talent in related fields and attract local youth to engage in cutting-edge industries. In terms of exploring commercial paths, the base has innovated a robot leasing model. "Considering the fast iteration and short update cycle of robot technology, the leasing model allows factories, households, and other scenarios to use robots in a more flexible way," Tang Kai explained. At this stage, the base will promote the entry of robots into government service halls, the clothing industry, education, and other scenarios. In the future, ecological partners will be introduced for secondary development, combined with data center technology support, to create scenario-based robot products with Pixian characteristics.
